Unworn merchandise, in resalable condition with tags attached, original sales receipt, and within 30 days of purchase date, may be returned for a full refund of purchase in the original tender, excluding tights. A store credit may also be awarded.

Special order items (require preliminary payment at time of order) that typically are not stocked can be returned. Purchases using a store credit will be re-issued and another store credit will be returned. Defective merchandise, even if worn, may be returned and replaced at no additional cost, or a store credit will be issued for the full retail value, plus tax.

Merchandise that appears worn or laundered, or merchandise that has not been carried at Prima Bodywear for more than 6 months, will not be accepted for return. Tights and clearance items are always a final sale.


If Prima Bodywear does not have a shoe in stock to fit you, we will order up to three pairs for you to try, with NO OBLIGATION to purchase and no shipping costs to you. We will special order items from major suppliers upon request.
